Art Carter – Director
With over 10 years in the Audit and Financial Management field, our director has experience working with clients with business in banking, insurance, manufacturing, agriculture, and a various customer service industries. Although primarily working in the United States, Mr. Carter has also spent 4 years in Vietnam in various capacities since 2001. He has recently returned to Vietnam to establish our office and begin providing services to clients in the region.
