Heritage Enterprise Group is pleased to announce our partnership with the Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA), in offering Successful Business Principles (SBP) seminars* to Vietnamese business owners.
The SBP course involves 4 one week long business development seminars for Directors of Vietnamese companies. We offer seminars on Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, and Strategic Management. Each seminar is led by a group of business consultants who are executives and business owners themselves, not University professors. After each seminar, Heritage Enterprise Group will provide ongoing consulting and advisory services as a part of the program to participant business owners to help them implement “best practices” discussed in the seminars.
The seminars aim to help the participants achieve the following goals:

- Evaluate strengths and possible threats to your business
- Understand your market position and how to exploit it to grow your business
- Improve systems and controls to reduce theft or waste

- Evaluate the needs of current and potential customers and develop solutions that will meet their needs and provide opportunities to supply more of your existing products and possibly new products
